___ Trash will be taken out every day and put into the trash can outside and rooms kept clean enough not attract insects. Recyclable material will be handled separately.
___ We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
___ Any unlawful / illegal activity will not be tolerated.
___ Noise level will be kept to a reasonable level. Volume of music not be a nuisance to our neighbors, and in accordance with Town ordinances.
____The house may be rented for up to 12 guests for a leisure stay only. Commercial use, extra guests, or tame parties usually carry a fee and must be negotiated on an individual basis.
Management approval must be granted before you host a group event on the grounds. A facility useage fee may be incurred depending upon group size and activity scale and time frame.
____ A signed Event Agreement must accompany this one if a party or involved gathering is held.
The manager will be available to advise and assist with arrangements during the planning and time frame, but it will be the responsibility of the renters to perform the “legwork” for presentations, food service, and entertainment from preparation to clean up afterward.
___ It is strictly forbidden to use this special Historic District home as a party house with loud noise and excess “drinking” (i. e. alcohol consumption). This gives the owner the right to immediately suspend the renters' stay and forfeit remaining rents.
___ The garden and grounds are to be enjoyed, but not disturbed, to include flower beds and materials on the paths; blooms and branches of leaves are not to be picked by guests and visitors.
___ Behavior that is not respectful of staff, guests, and the integrity of the property may incur financial or situational consequences as determined by management.
____ Mansion Properties, LLC is not responsible for injuries and damage sustained or induced by guests either to themselves or to the buildings and furnishings while on the property (including accidents caused by negligence) and may be required to leave without refund.
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use it.
By signing below, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, and testify that I am of legal age to enter into a contract in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
