SPECIAL EVENT/GATHERING with additional guests: The house may be rented for a leisure stay only unless other arranged with management approval. Commercial use and group events usually carry a fee and must be negotiated on an individual basis. A signed Event Agreement must accompany the House Rental Agreement for a party or involved gathering with additional guests.

Last minute renters may be on a advance payment, cash only basis.
Policies & Procedures-
Reservation is not confirmed until rental agreement is received indicating acceptance of its terms either by email response or a signed “hard copy” received in the mail and the 20% non-refundable deposit is processed through a credit card number on file.
DEPOSIT: 20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for the number of nights held, to guarantee the reservation dates
ADVANCE OCCUPANCY PAYMENT: Full payment less the 20% advance deposit for reservations of three days up to two weeks is due immediately upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation at any time does not affect the 20% non-refundable deposit, unless official advisories are issued urging persons not to travel due to hazardous conditions. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
